Why-O-why...
Surely everyone who uses an XP laptop is sick of the Wireless Networks balloon tip popping up all the time. Why can't we disable it and leave all the rest of the moderately useful tips enabled?
MS, in their wisdom, only leave us with http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307729 the ability to disable Notification Area Balloon Tips on a per user basis...
