Slow Logoff Windows 2003 Terminal Server

I've been having problems on a few of my sites running Windows 2003 Server in Terminal Server Mode where logging off can take several minutes. The usual culprit, spyware of some sort, could not be found on any of the systems but a new tool from Microsoft called the "User Profile Hive Cleanup Service" seems to have cleared the issue.

It doesn't work immediately, bur after a few logon/logoffs the delay appears to have gone.
